We're overjoyed to announce For the Love of Fungi 2024 A Full Sensory Experience! Mark your calendar for July 27th at the Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY! Indulge your senses and explore the taste, touch, sight, sound & smell of your favorite mushrooms! Guided by a team of passionate mycologists, chefs, and artists, we will learn useful ID tips, taste gourmet mushroom dishes, get dirty making art, and discover new ways to interact with the Fungi all around us. A full day including evening activities, with onsite camping and lodging options available. More info and tickets on sale very soon!

We do it For the Love of Fungi!
We created For the Love of Fungi in 2022 as a space for people to connect around their shared fascination with Fungi. A place where people of all experience levels can share and learn from each other, and people who are still new to the world of Fungi can feel comfortable asking questions. We chose the Hudson Valley/Catskill region because it's where we live and we feel a strong connection to the landscape and rich biodiversity here. For the Love of Fungi is not just an event to learn about Fungi, it's an avenue for us to celebrate the many ways they inspire to create!
We want acknowledge the people who walked this land before us, faced many atrocities and were forced from the places they called home.
