CONSULTATIONS
Whether it is a small scale low maintenance project for personal use or a larger commercial venture, I am dedicated to helping you building a custom cultivation plan that's best for you. Outdoor log grown mushrooms are the closest to wild foraged in flavor, texture and nutrient content. Based on the scale of your project, we'll find a level of support that fits your needs.

We begin with an in-person consultation ranging from 1 to 2 hours. Together we will identify the best cultivation sites on the property you intend to grow on, and discuss techniques and methods fitting to your plan and goals.

You'll be provided with resources and learning materials that will help clarify and inform your decisions and process.

If you are aiming to start a larger scale or commercial operation I will aid you in the set up and inoculation, ensuring a strong start for your enterprise.

After set up I'll be available for Q&A via email to help troubleshoot and keep your mushroom yard viable for years to come.

You can count on me for further in-person consultation at an hourly rate as needed.
Once we can assess your needed support level, I'll provide you with a specific price point for my services. My hourly rate for continued consultations is $60/hr plus travel ($.58/mi).
I also offer a sliding scale for low income families and individuals. If you feel that growing your own mushrooms is out of range due to your resources, I encourage you to reach out so that we can come up with a plan to bring the world of fungi into your home. No matter the size of your space, it's possible to cultivate fresh, tasty mushrooms that will boost your health and quality of life!
