     We also offer private guided mushroom forays, among the trees is the best setting to learn about the fascinating roles Fungi play in forest ecosystems. Join us, as we delve deeper into the staggering diversity of growth forms and beautiful colors. Develop your mushroom ID skills and learn how to recognize different forest types that may lead you to certain mushrooms! We never eat a mushroom unless we are 100% sure of its identity, a common phrase is often repeated “if in doubt toss it out”. That said, there are plenty of excellent edible mushroom that you can learn to ID which don’t have poisonous look a likes and are delicious! Conscious foraging and management are important to us, let's learn more about how we can play our part to conserve Fungi and all the ecosystems that we find ourselves in.

     We also offer private workshops, where you can learn to use fungi as an art medium or cultivate excellent edible and/or medicinal mushrooms in your own back yard! Mushrooms are a powerful source of antioxidants, adaptogens, beneficial polysaccharides and more! Learn some simple ways to bring mushrooms more into your daily life.
